Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your local postal carrier or drop it at an authorized collection point, keeping your tracking receipt for reference until your refund is processed.
